Great people and food.

Charlotte's Restaurant has some great food. I make a point of stopping here every time I'm in Kenai.Sometimes service can be a little slow, but this is because it's a popular busy restaurant.The staff is friendly and attentive.

Great lunch place with very good sandwiches. Portions come in medium or large and both the Turkey melt with bacon and the roast beef were excellent. And good service and clean to boot.

Crepes of the day are THE BEST! Every day they have a sweet crepe amd a savory crepe. Get one of each! I've never been disappointed!

Have never been there, don't have a clue why my phone thinks I was! I do get my hair cut next door and they do a great job, thanks Holly.

I'm trying not to exaggerate here...but I had a turkey cranberry sandwich that may be the best sandwich I've ever had. My husband had the pork taco sandwich and raves about it too. This may be one of my favorite places in Alaska! We had a server, Tennessee, who answered all our questions with a smile and made sure we had everything we could possibly need- including a great dessert, which honestly we didn't need! Ha! We will be coming back here often before we leave! Yum!!!!

When ever out son comes to visit, he takes us their for breakfast or lunch. We love Charlotte's.

OMG!!! Charlotte's Restaurant is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! The coffee is hot and familiar and the breakfast we had ABSOLUTELY MADE MY TRIP!!! I'm in town for a visit and saw they had smoked salmon on the menu... I asked for a favor to substitute salmon for ham in the low carb skillet and it was soooo good that I cried (literally!) It was genuinely like tasting a memory of home. Celeste and Corey are as welcoming and hospitable as can be and I'm sure I'll be seeing more of them. Well done! I'll see you tomorrow for salmon crepes!!! 💓 Thank you!!!

Love the food! It is always good and the salads are huge! Great place to enjoy coffee and all the employees are really great! I wish they were open longer during the day, but they are also opened early for breakfast. Im only giving 4 stars because they close in the early afternoon. If they closed later then I would definitely be giving them 5 stars!

Great people, service, and food

Went here because someone suggested it. No one was wearing a mask or seemed to care about the COVID spread. Wanted a coffee to go, but because I've never been here I wasn't sure about the procedure. The two girls working there ignored my friend and I. We went to the counter and asked if we could oder coffee to go. The lady said something but quickly walked away so I couldn't understand her, when I asked what she said, she just walked away. I asked the other girl but she ignored us and walked away also. Guess they knew we weren't locals.

A real good place for lunch. The baked beans and the coconut cream pie are some of the best and a must have

Staff is only friendly to locals. No one wears masks or seems to be conscientious about the viral epidemic.

Our group ate breakfast here and everyone loved it, from the amazing sourdough pancakes to the omelettes and honey oat toast. We will definitely go back here if we are in the area again. I would highly recommend this place.

Food is great coffee is great the only problem I had was the prices little heft I got two Reubens and two cups of coffee was 31 bucks the food is good but for the size of the sandwiches not 31 bucks the sandwiches we're about the size of a dairy Queen bacon cheeseburger but it's definitely someone to try once great hangout spot for you and your friends but not somewhere to go to get a cheap meal for you and your family

Everything is high quality from the lettuce choice to the potatoes. They don't skimp on portions and the people are absolutely on the ball. Owners are complete sweethearts and deserve community support: both for the excellent folks they are and the quality contribution to the community. Highly recommend

The best chipotle ceaser chicken salad ever and their roasted red pepper corn chowder. Done even get me started in their coconut pork wrap. I have had almost everything on the menu and love it all. Great service and amazing food. I highly recommend it all 💙

Delicious Ultimate Biscuits & Gravy. Large biscuits, but a smaller plate than some of the other places I've been to recently. Eggs can be made any style and your choice of bacon, ham (that's what I chose), or sausage.

Nice friendly service. Make their bread daily. I eat here for lunch regularly, and it is a lovely little local cafe. Great salads and sandwiches for good value. Lovely stop for healthy food. I so appreciate the size options when you order a salad or sandwich. Always new daily specials including a wrap, sandwich, soup, and chili. Lucky to have them locally.

The Tuesday Butternut Squash soup was to die for.

So, we picked this place because of the reviews. However the service was not great. We ordered our food and I ordered a classic and had eggs over medium sausage and wheat toast with a decaf coffee. I got my meal late and without the toast then found a hair in my food and didn’t get my coffee until after they took my plate back with the hair in it. Didn’t say a word when they took the plate at all!!! Then when they brought the check they said they took off my meal but didn’t even ask if I want something else or anything, just assumed I guess. I don’t think I will come back to this place to eat anytime. The good thing is that the individuals with me enjoyed their meals.

I love this place. Every time I come to visit Alaska for a few weeks I come here at least 2-3 times a week. Especially for the breakfast because I cant find any other cafe that serves sourdough pancakes or waffles. Everything is made from scratch and is fresh when served. From the orange juice to the side dishes. Now the lunch doesnt come short at all. I love the California croissant meal and the hot sub which I took a pic of as well. The customer service is very nice and welcoming. The residents of Kenai Alaska are nice people. The other customers that come in to the cafe will say hello to you.But overall them sourdough pancakes, waffles, and toast are unique and excellent.FIVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Suggested by a friend so went in and checked it. Really good food had the mushroom soup and special sandwich. Service was a little slower than expected reason for 4 star not 5.

One of the best cafes in Alaska!! Worth a trip to Kenai just for the breakfast crepes! Outstanding service!
